Refund & Cancellation Policy – Christmas Dinner Bookings

Purchase

• A non-refundable purchase of £42 or £19 is required at the time of booking to secure your table.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the booking date will receive a full refund of any balance paid (excluding the deposit).
• Cancellations made 7–13 days before the booking date will be refunded 50% of the total booking cost (excluding the deposit).
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the booking date are non-refundable.

No-Shows

• No-shows on the day of the booking will not be eligible for a refund.

Changes to Booking

• Reductions in party size may result in the loss of deposit OR purchase per person.
• We will do our best to accommodate date or time changes, subject to availability.

Force Majeure

• In the event that we are unable to host the dinner due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. government restrictions, severe weather), guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future date.
