Our Thai chefs have a combined experience of over 40 years in Thai restaurants across Norwich and in Thailand. Using their knowledge of regional dishes from back home in Thailand, coupled with their awareness of western taste preferences, the chefs have worked with the owners to provide an exciting and tasty menu. As well as regularly importing fresh exotic ingredients direct from Thailand, all meats and vegetables are sourced locally. Relations with local farmers of organic vegetables and herbs further aid Take Thai’s mission to give the best premium ingredients and flavours in each dish.
